Has the "server" issue being resolved so that I can access my verizon.net email address ths has been going now for 3-4 days and would like to check my emails. Thanks

i can't get no emails for days and my email screen is purple and says i have no emails,most days i get 25 or more

Both my son and I are unable to access our email since Saturday morning, and no one can tell me what the problem is or when it will be fixed. I have a ticket that says it will be fixed by 8:00 on the 17th, but who knows. I am pretty sure it is
a problem with the server. My wife's email is working.....
This service is unacceptable. you need to provide a lot more information to your customers, or else you will lose
them

This is a peer-to-peer support forum. If you want to get a message to / information from Verizon, you should contact them directly via one of the options on their Contact Us page.
That said, what "server" issue are you referring to? Maybe some of your peers can assist if we know what the issue is that you are reporting.
