I called Verizom customer support over a month ago to update my Verizon plan to the 55 and older senior plan. I was informed that I would continue to have the unlimited text and now data to be included. I also signed up per recommendation of the representative for auto bill pay which would drop my bill $10 per month.
I did not get the unlimited data nor even upped to at least the 4 GB per month. It has stayed at my 3 GB per my old plan.
I plan on trying to call customer service but saw this community question area on my Verizon home site.
Has anyone else had issues with this plan and the auto pay sign up ?
