Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. 55+ unlimited plan help?

I seem unable to get on the Verizon 55+ unlimited plan.  

I left Verizon for a month.  The Winback department coaxed me back to Verizon and promised I would be restored to the 55+ unlimited plan I was on. 

However, I was put on a more expensive Welcome plan.  I called customer service and was not able to get help.  Some denied the plan existed. Others said it wasn't on my account so there was nothing they could do.  None would transfer me to the Winback department.  One rep said it didn't exist.  

Any idea how I can fix this?  The Verizon website says I am eligible:

I have 2 phone lines, I am over 70 and live in Florida.
