I had a phone purchased on a credit card and I wanted to know if I returned the phone (within 14 days of course) do I have a choice to have the amount of the phone credited to my account? Or does the amount have to be credited back to the credit card in which it was puchased? The return and exchange policy states...
"Purchases made by cash or check, credit card or gift card will be refunded by check, credit card or gift card, respectively."
I just wasn't sure if that meant I had a choice.
fam4ever, this is a great question. You can not directly apply the credit to your account. You have to take the amount returned in the same form you paid. In your case the refund would be applied back on to your credit card. I hope this helps.
