Billing Dispute

I have repeatedly - through 2 extensive chats and via Messenger - to dispute a bill. The overbilling is for $230.91 Jan-Feb 2019 that I believe should have been covered through the international plan that I signed up for and started paying for in Nov/Dec 2018 as we were going to be out of the country for 4 months. To date my bill has not been adjusted as the second chat expert said he was preparing to do. Nor did I receive the communication from the Review Team that the first chat gentleman said I would. Does Verizonnhave a dispute process and what it it? I have been a customer for over 10 years.
