Ok, my problem is related to the original poster's. I am in Texas, Central Time, and I call my girlfriend in Washington, Pacific Time. When I call her at 9:30 pm, it's 7:30 pm her time. So she would be charged Peak minutes, but not me since it's after 9 pm my time. Right? If so, then why am I being charged Peak minutes? I know for sure my phone is connecting through a tower in the Central Time Zone, so I should be in the non-peak minutes no matter what, right?

What plan are you on? And where is it showing as "peak" minutes? I've seen calls show as peak minutes initially, online, but when the bill is generated, the calls are correctly accounted for.
