Cancel contract

Cancelling contract today and its going to be 6 months shy of the 2yr agreement I signed. There is a 10.00 a month credit and I'll be paying 160.00 to cancel.

Now if I kept the phone the two years I'd save 100.00?? 24 months at 10.00= 240.00, right.. I guess they eat the difference either way if you stay 2 yrs.. Doesn't make sense to me... All in all what a high price to leave them...

You are upset that you have to comply with the terms of the contract that you agreed to?  Huh?

I did.  In response to your other post.

$350 - minus $10 for each month COMPLETED in the contract = $160

It's not $10 for each month LEFT in the contract.

Read the Customer Agreement.

The 1st 23 months of your contract, the ETF drops by $10 each month for a total of $230 cut from the ETF in the 1st 23 months. After you complete the last month of your contract, there is NO ETF left, so basically the last month you have $120 taken off your ETF for a TOTAL of $350($230 in the 1st 23 months and $120 in the last month) taken off the $350 ETF after the full 24 months of your contract.Smiley Happy
