I want to cancel my contract because I can't wait for it to be up. I don't have nearly enough storage on my phone & it's getting annoying. How much will it cost to cancel a 2 year contract? I've had my phone since December 2013.
Thanks for the information Snn5. We will need to speak with you to process your request by phone or in person at a corporate store location. We don't want you to cancel with us momob. Why are you considering leaving us? I would love to work on keeping you with our family.

You can cancel those 3 lines and pay the $350 ETF- $10 for each completed bill cycle of those 3 lines each. So you would look at 3x$350 ($1050) Assuming you started all those 3 lines in Dec 2013 then the ETF would be about $600 if they are smartphones.
It would be $350 per line for smartphones LESS $10 per line for each month of the contract on a line which had been completed.
If you JUST signed up, the total ETF would be $1050 for 3 smartphone lines. If each line had completed 10 months of its contract, the total ETF would be $750.
If any of the contracts were signed on or after 11/14/2014, there are slightly different rules for the ETF on those lines, are listed below and can be found in the Customer Agreement.
If your contract term results from your purchase of an advanced device on or after November 14, 2014, your early termination fee will be $350, which will decline by: $10 per month in months 8–18, $20 per month in months 19–23, and $60 in the final month of your contract term.
We are so pleased to see you will be staying with us, momob!
We are concerned about the three lines you want to cancel.
You can definitely cancel the 3 lines and you will be billed for the early termination fees on the next bill. If you know of anyone who wants service they can take over the line of service with a process called Assumption of Liablity.
This puts the account in their name and there would be no early termination fee for you.
Please be on the lookout for a direct message from me.
