Details on Social Media & Networking Data usage

Over 50% of data on my plan is being shown as "Social Media & Networking".

I know via other posts, that VZW cannot tell you "what sites" are being accessed... But I need more info than its from "social media" .. I have NO facebook, twitter, snapchat, instagram etc accounts on this phone .. ITS NOT USED on this phone at all... so what other things can the over 4 GB per month be attributed too?

Doesn't your device give you options to see which apps are using data and how much?

JosieJ, we understand the importance of making sure you are aware of your data usage.Let's further investigate.  Can you tell us how you utilize your device in a 24 hour period? What types of apps do you use? Also how often do you connect your device to Wi-Fi?
