I called Verizon Wireless this morning to change my calling plan. The customer service representative that I reached was Vickey (removed). She was the most helpful CSR I have ever dealt with in my life. Her patience with me was amazing. She was kind and put up with me for 29 minutes until my issue was resolved. She is an asset to this company and hopefully more employees can follow her example. I hope this comment reaches someone in the management department because she deserves some kind of recognition. Thank you again, (removed), for your attention and amazing customer service.
