I Signed up for the global plan before traveling to the UK and even chatted with a rep to make sure I set it up correctly, but when I arrived in London I had no cellular service. I've been up in more remote Scotland and none of the computers at Internet cafes are connecting to the Live Chat feature on the web site. I obviously can't call them to find out what happened, so how else can I contact customer service to connect my phone? I need it for the next phase of my trip!!
