How do I get a cheaper plan?

have used 15gb of data and one 10 gb plan with 4 iphones, need cheaper plan

Would it be at all possible to utilize WiFi to help cut down on mobile data consumption? Are there any apps that can be disabled in each iPhone to reduce total data usage?

That a bit confusing.  Are you paying for 2 data plans?  How much?

Have you priced the new data plan with 25 gigs? (Or less)
