My Verizon cell service has always been spotty but lately I have no signal at home.
Trying to navigate their customer support lines is a pain and they seem to be focused on taking orders for new phones and paying cell phone bills. This cell service is basically worthless if I can't use it.
If Verizon can't provide enough local cell towers to give me adequate cell phone reception then maybe they should unlock the Internet calling option to allow me to call over my Verizon FIOS internet connection.
Does anyone have a Verizon Support telephone number that let's you talk to a live Verizon Support Rep?
Does anybody else think that switching carriers would be the the fastest, cheapest and easiest solution to my problem?
Rhabdoviridae, switching carriers is definitely not the best option! We're here to help. Is this the same house you were previously in? How is the service outside of your home? If this is occuring all over the city, what zip code is this? Also, what phone do you have?
