I’m attempting to apply Veteran discount to my account. I was a prior Verizon customer with a different account with a Vetreans discount. Verizon can see the previous documentation and discount validation but can’t seem to apply that to my new account. Worse, they have declined my request for “employee” discount which I didn’t apply for. The Verizon organization process is awe full. This is another reason I’m sorry I returned to Verizon and an example why I left in the first place. Can someone give a dang and help?
