IPhone 4s Shipping

I ordered my iphone from an Verizon store on the 22nd and I have yet to get an email or tracking number from them. I tried to look up my order status on the Verizon website but it says Expected Ship Date:          Not available at this time. And that my order has been received and is being processed... Why is this???

Call Verizon and find out. I order in-store on the 23rd and its being delivered to my home today.

Called Verizon and they were no help to me. They said that there has been an error in my order and there was nothing that they could do at this point but wait... I may not get my phone until the 11th but even after shipping over the weekend 14th or 15th.... Verizon is becoming my least favorite wireless carrier
