If I port my number to a different carrier what would be my ETF fee?

The acct. says 4/12/13 is the contract end date.

If you last upgraded a basic phone on that line and you cancel today, your ETF would be $70. If you last upgraded a smartphone on that line and you cancel today, your ETF would be $140.

The formula for ETF is:

Smartphone $350 -$10 for each month of your contract you have completed.

Basic phone $175 - $5 for each month of your contract you have completed.

Just make sure the 4/12/13 date is the contract end date and not the eligible upgrade date. Many confuse the upgrade date as the contract date

thanks. no the eligible date for upgrade is  Nov. 2013

If the eligible date for upgrade is Nov. 2013, then the contract end date is March 2014, not April 2013.

when i put my mouse over the ? it says contract end date 4/12/13.

Next to phone image it says, Eligible for a discount on 11/02/13 !

Next to the phone picture, click on the name of the device, the next screen will show the contract expiration. If the same as the one listed under the question mark, I would be satisfied with the 4/13 date.
