Just got back from Verizon store where I found out that the line I ordered to cancel was not cancelled. They say it will be cancelled after next pay cycle...
I was not using that line at all for a couple of years, in fact I was tricked to add this line by Verizon employee 4 years ago when buying iPhone for my daughter. She said that I can then transfer a number and cancel that line. Since that I was suspending/paying for that line and my cost for those years is $30 x 12 x 4, e.q. more than $1k. And now they just telling me again that line is not cancelled?
I was Verizon's customer for at least 14 years but now I'm getting out of this. The customer service is superbad.
