My Numbers call quality

I signed up for my numbers through Verizon for a second line on my phone.  A few days ago, the call quality was good.  Starting yesterday, it cuts out constantly.  Audio goes in and out and people I'm taking to say I'm cutting in and out.  I thought it was my bluetooth headset because coincidently I started using a new headset yesterday.  I switched back to using my Plantronics headset that has worked great for months.  I had the same exact issue calling over my numbers with the Plantronics headset.  I then made a call from the native app using the Plantronics headset and the call quality was perfect.  I figured if anyone could do a second line app, it would be verizon.  I figured wrong I guess.  What can I do to fix call quality issues with my numbers?
