Is there any service that block and rejects blocked and private numbers? I went to add a service that is $4.99 it said could not be added to that line because it is not a nation wide plan. So you only can black numbers like this if it's only nation wide plan?? Any way this can be done?

There is a third party service called TrapCall; it's a paid for service but will block those numbers and even try to trace what th actual number is for you.

You can also use a voicemail service called YouMail, and their DitchMail feature will filter out those blocked numbers and give them their own special message asking them to unblock their number before calling you and then hangs up before they can leave a message.  You Mail is free.

And some phones have the option to only accept calls from those numbers on your contact list, so blocked numbers would automatically be rejected.  That may not work for you, and it may not be an option on your phone, it's just another avenue to explore.
