Several days ago I started to receive notifications that I was over my voice minutes on my 450 voice plan (to 507 minutes).  I bumped up my minutes to a 900 voice plan for a $17.00 increase.. The next day I went online and noticed that my usage was down to 352 minutes. I chatted with a customer service rep who confirmed my lower usage and then reduced my plan back to the 450 voice plan.

This morning my usage was back up to 507 minutes so I went back to a 900 voice plan. In addition, this increase was now $20.00 per month.

What should I believe, Verizon??? I started the process to switch to T-Mobile for unlimited messaging, voice and plenty of data for $70/month (vs. Verizon's new cost in excess of $90.00!).
