Here's what I don't understand...why off-peak don't count until you're over the allowance...
I have 700 minutes in my plan. I have 693 used (thanks teen boy) and he has already used 983 off peak minutes. If we go over the 700 allowance, I understand I will be charged, will I also be charged for off-peak which are not supposed to count?
no, you will not be charged for the off-peak. Off-peak do not count against you regardless of if your peak has gone over your allowance or not.
Also, if you think you are going to go over your 700 minute allowance, you can go online or call CS to increase to 1400 minutes, and BACKDATE it to cover the entire current month, so you won't get overage charges. Be sure it's BACKDATED!
