***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Phone Broke... Unlimited Data Plan

I broke my phone about a month ago and switched to a standard phone without a data plan until I could get a new one. When I was in a store talking to a rep he said once I got another smartphone I could switch back to my unlimited data plan. Now I'm trying to switch back and the option isn't available to me. Was the rep misinformed about something? Is there any way to get my plan back?

You are supposed to switch back to the unlimited plan within 14 days. However a rep on here, (You will have to search) stated it MAY be extended out to 30 days tops. But they will need to put through a request to do so.


If over 30 days, it is gone.
