Plan change, from Go Unlimited to Start Unlimited, and lost my 15 GB of Hotspot, Why ?

Go Unlimited never had a 15GB 4G hotspot. It was always a slow 3G one. Start Unlimited doesn't have a hotspot nor is advertised with one.

As was clearly stated in the plans

The Original Go Unlimited has unlimited hotspot at 600 kbps 3G speed. No high speed data

The new Start Unlimited does not include a hotspot at all. You would need to go to Play More or Do More (or Get More for that matter) to get a hotspot with the new plans.
