I am growing frustrated with the cell service in my home. I am having dropped calls, phone not ringing, and when talking the line just goes dead. I am to the point where I want to switch carriers after being with VZW for at least 19 years. Does anyone have any help you can provide?
We value your loyalty for these 19 years and we don't want to lose you. Please tell us, are you experiencing issues indoors or outdoors? What model is your device and is the software up to date?
