I agree they should get roll over minutes. They charged me $24.00 for 54 minutes last month when i went over. However, it is the first time in two years that I even used all my minutes. They sure charge you for when you go over but do not give you credit for what you have already paid for but never used. I just called and mine and my husband's contract end 5/1/12. I am looking into AT&T. Maybe if enough people do this they (Verizon) might "get it"

They already got it, that's why there is no rollover minutes.

Since the start of my contract I have never even come close to reaching the limit of my minutes plan. I went over last month and of course Verizon is there to charge me 45 cents for every minute I went over. My plan ends this September and when it does I'll be walking into the AT&T store signing up with them.
