Return customer deals

There are no actual "deals" for exisitng customers. 

Im looking at switching to another carrier.  Should I be worried about coverage?

Call customer service and then be transferred to retention department, they do have Loyalty plans for exisiting customers, it goes by how many years you have been with Verizon, i have been with them for 5 years, the longer the years you have increases the loyalty plan offers, that is what the cutomer service guy told me, no clue who is right or wrong.

you get what you pay for, cheap cost can mean poor service/customer support.
