Robokiller

I have used Robokiller and wish to deactivate my service. There is a feature within the app that instructs you to dial *73 to cancel forewarding. (I believe it uses conditional forewarding?)  then there is a feature to make sure you are deactivate, it prompts you your carrier then phone number and you are to decline the call when it comes in. It starts a count down then goes to a blank page. My phone never rings. Verizon says my calls aren't being forwarded anywhere.  I tried to call Verizon, but there automated system sort of hung up on me 😉 Any thoughts?
