i have the 4g shared every thing plan with two lines,i had now for 3 months the sales man failed to tell me that where i lived and use my phone the most,does not have 4 g coverage why am i paying for 4g when all i get is 3 ? DUMMY ME I GUESS any way is there any way i could down grade my plan and not get penalty charges if yes how?
Data is data whether it is 3G or 4G.
Your plan is for 4 GB of shared data. You can access the data with a 3G EDVO signal or a 4G LTE signal.

Tvon, I regret that you weren't advised that your area wasn't 4G when signing up for service. Rest assured there are no additional charges for 4G service. The Share Everything plans are the same for 3G and 4G service. Check out our plans here http://bit.ly/WaPxwj. You can always move up or down in plans if needed.
