I'm considering switching from my current 12 GB plan to an unlimited plan, but I want to understand what my monthly payment would be before making any decisions.
My current bill is $80 for the plan + $40 access fee = $120 total for 2 phones.
The Start Unlimited plan is advertised at $60 per line for 2 devices, or $120 total for 2 phones. Does this price include the line access fee, or will I be charged an additional $20 per line each month? In other words, would my monthly payment be $120 or $160 on the unlimitied plan?
I had same question... and found your post when searching for answers. I "think" this Verizon FAQ answers it. It seems that the line access fee still applies: https://www.verizon.com/about/accessibility/unlimited-plans
I just had a chat with Verizon representative... she confirmed and reconfirmed... the new Unlimited plans do NOT have line access fee. So, for me, my comparison is today... $80 for 12GB + $20/device line access fee (3 devices = $60) for a total of $140/month. Least expensive unlimited plan is $45/device with NO line access fee, so $135/month.
No separate fee, it's all bundled together. Do note the prices online are with autopay + paperless billing. Without it, the prices are an extra $10 per line.
We would love to see you take advantage of the benefits included in the Start Unlimited Plan. Two lines on this plan will be $120.00 per month plus taxes, surcharges, and fees.
