Verizon USB727 not recognized - HELP!!!

Just downloaded another copy of VZAccess manager on to another laptop, and the app won't recognize my USB727 device.  I am certain I have the right copy of VZ manager.  Please help.

What operating system do you have on this new laptop of yours?  Does it still work on your old laptop?

 

Sometimes, after installing the software/drivers on your laptop a restart is needed.  Have you restarted your computer yet?
