Verizon Wireless Network Extender

I have just recieved a Samsung Verizon Wireless Network Extender. Reading through the manual it claims that I can manage access to the base station for specified numbers by coming to the verizonwireless.com web site to register them. I cannot find any links or info regaurding this on the website. It asks me for my zipcode and then tells me there is no service - that is why I purchased the Network extender in the first place to get access over my WIFI. ???????

You manage the Network Extender through your MyVerizon account.  Do you have an active Verizon cell plan?  Depending on how the Extender was purchased, it may not yet be registered to your account, or it may be registered to the owner of your account (if you are a secondary line on a Family Share plan).

Where did you purchase the Extender?  If you got it used, you (or the account owner) need to call Verizon to activate it.
