I've been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over six years now and have had their service all over the country - Alaska, New York, Virginia, and now Central Indiana. I've been here for two weeks and just today I've started having issues with getting a "no service" half the time and the other half only one or two bars. And from a search, it doesn't seem like I'm alone. I'm wondering if there is anyone who knows WHY this is happening, or WHEN it will be fixed? I can't seem to find where to send in an actual ticket.

Phones are iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S. Zip code is 46168. Problem started a few hours ago while I was running errands in town. Got home and did a search - http://downdetector.com/status/verizon-wireless/indianapolis this popped up.
I did try powering my phone off/on and it still says "No Service"
