Why cant I use my phone inside...

Verizon always advertises that they have the best coverage but why is it while im in my house at work or at any store I barely have service or no service at all. Mean while all the other competitors have service. Its a bit ridiculous and I feel like im a victim of false advertisement. I currently have a galaxy S4 with all of the software updates and my zip code is 33186 which shows great coverage.

If having reception in your house or while at work is a priority for you, it would seem another provider would be a better fit if, as you say, ALL the other competitors have service in those areas.

While Verizon may have the best overall coverage, they don't guarantee coverage in ANY specific area(especially inside buildings) and they also don't guarantee better coverage than other providers in ALL areas. That is why you should always go with the provider which gives you the best service for YOUR needs.
