Verizon sends me an email saying I can get the same unlimited data for less money if I switch to their new plan. So I click the link and am taken to a form offering me a 5 gb plan (!!)!)!)!) How is this unlimited? I don't appreciate my phone company trying to trick me. And wasting my time.

You should check the plan page and compare to what you have now. Without seeing the email, information is missing.

I have already done this and already stated what the email said.

Lostgone, we value your time, and this is never the way we'd want you to feel about us. I can understand your concern to learn why you've been sent an email advising you can get Unlimited data for less money when the link takes you to a form offering our 5 GB plan. We apologize for this and want to help with your plan/offer concerns. To better assist you, I've sent you a private note.
