location of out going calls

When I first signed a contract to Verizon, I believe my plan included a restriction that said I could only make outgoing calls on my cell if I was in North Carolina or South Carolina.  That was many years ago and now I travel outside of these states.  Does my plan still state that or can I be in for instance Florida or Virginia and call out using my cell with no roaming charges.

Do you still have the same plan as when you signed up for Verizon Wireless service? Which plan do you have now?

Many, many years ago, some plans restricted where you could use your phone. The current plans are nationwide usage allowed.

I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
