I HATE VERIZON. WHAT A BUNCH OF LIERS. I LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE I AM ONLY ABLE TO GET INTERNET THRU VERIZON. I STARTED OFF WITH THE JETPACK 2 GB UNLIMITED PLAN. I WANTED TO UPGRADE. I WAS OFFERED 4GB/8GB/16GB OR UNLIMITED GB WHICH WOULD COST MORE THAN THE 16 GB. I SIGNED UP FOR THE UMLIMITED AFTER I TALKED TO SEVERAL AGENTS WHO ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE UNLIMITED GB WITH THIS PLAN. WHEN I REACHED 15 GB I RECIEVED A MESSAGE THAT I HAD REACHED MY 15 GB AND THEN MY INTERNET SLOWED DOWN JUST LIKE IT WOULD HAVE DONE IF I HAD SIGNED UP FOR THE 16GB UNLIMITED PLAN FOR LESS MONEY. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE FOOLING. I DONT KNOW ANYONE WHO TRUSTS VERIZON. EVERYONE IS FED UP WITH YOUR LYING garbage.
I'm sorry to hear you feel that way about us, @wcms . With your unlimited data plan, when are you getting cut off from using any further data, or being charged overages? If 15GB is not enough for what you are using, have you looked at our Connected Home plans? You can choose to use them in 10GB, 20GB, 30GB and 40GB allotments: https://www.verizonwireless.com/plans/#single . While these are not unlimited data plans ($10 per 1GB for overages), they do offer much more high-speed connectivity than what you're currently using.
