I have got this service for two months now and I did everything right!! My bills are paid on time!! I don’t pay short I am doing everything right but Verizon is doing everything wrong. Over 8 combined hours of my time wasted trying to get a watch for which they had their system problems and then told me that I had a payment reversal and I cannot get any other Verizon service. Well I will be leaving after just two months and if you guys try anything else when I’m gone , then I promise you I have the money to fight!!!! This is the worst experience ever!!!
