On 11/27/22 I accepted an offer for an Apple Watch by chat for $10.55 per month plus line charge. This is the offer I agreed to. Now they are saying that the Watch is $16.83 per month. Every time I get a new device I have to fight for the deal I agreed to. The rep today said they would give me $50 to fix the issue. The “issue” is worth over $200 to my pocketbook. I shouldn’t have to accept $50 for rep mistake. I trust that Verizon has reps that will give accurate information. I want the watch for agreed upon amount. This is not unreasonable. I have been with Verizon for a long time and I should not be held financially responsible for a mistake on Verizon’s end.
