Apple watch Ultra

I just purchased an Apple watch Ultra.  I cannot get it to receive email when connected to wifi but not connected to the phone.  Any suggestions?

Great question! That would be a Direct Message. However that would be on Instagram or Twitter. Here we would use a Private Note. Please, respond to the Private Note, so we can take a closer look at what's going on with your Watch!
