Bill increase

I have to make sure everyone know my experience. I like Verizon, and Verizon have good coverage at my work place. I respect Verizon as the best supplier, even I have to pay a little more.

I decide to buy 4 apple watch for the kids last winter, as gifts. I signed the contract, and planning to keep it for 3 years. The setting up wasn't smooth, and I have to call every month about the bill, but long story short, not pleasant but only once per month. The issue was the reps on the phone don't do what they told you the will do. (The customer service was contracted out US )

After 3 month of the service, I got a message, the monthly service fee will increase by 50%...I called them and ask what was going on,  first rep was saying,  he can do something to keep the current charge. A month later, I ask another rep and he said the same thing, and I get a bill at 6 month sharp with increased bill. 

I call them again, and saying, as a business provider, you can not do this, after your customer signed the contract, what if you ask for $100 per month, should I give it to you? the rep said nothing they can do, they are just reps...I ask then, can you check the note let from other rep before about what we talked about in the phone? they said they can't, there wasn't any note, and there was no record who took your call before... So I decide to cancel the Verizon service, and pay back the watch $300 per piece. 

Now I know, They don't care about their customer and just want their wallet....the bad thing was, I brought ~ 30 lines from T mobile lines from my friends family at the time I signed the contract and I feel guilty about  have told how good Verizon was...
