I placed an order online and within an hour it was placed on hold. I called the number as instructed and was informed that my order was cancelled and the agent would not provide any further information. I was transferred to the fraud department for answers that I did not receive. The only thing they can tell me is that the application was denied. Itโs not helpful to tell a person they have an issue and not say what said issue is. The agent was extremely rude and kept reciting her script repeatedly, refusing to let me say a single word. Another agent actually hung up the phone in my face mid sentence. Verizon is by far the most unprofessional company that I have interacted with.
