Hey. I wa wondering why my account says that all my devices are eligible for an upgrade and I’m being told that I have to pay off my devices 100% before I can upgrade? I am on an installment plan btw. But if I have to pay off my devices 100% I feel like my account shouldn’t show eligible for upgrade. Literally all my devices say this. Even with installment payments I should be able to upgrade. Can anyone help?
