Error 109 when trying to set up Samsung Galaxy Watch 4

Has anyone resolved this issue?

Like so many here, I received the new Galaxy Watch 4. It has error codes 109 and -6 when trying to connect to mobile service. It only partially connected once to Bluetooth on the paired phone (calls only, not calls and audio).

It will not open Google Store. And it keeps making me re-enter my email.

I have updated watch software. Reset and restarted the watch several times.

I got it to answer a call. Then it stopped again and I'm back to no mobile service, error code 109.

Customer service chat was painfully slow to respond and then the guy just disappeared with no resolution to the problem.

Please get this fixed asap or provide a refund and stop charging my account.

I had this same issue and just got it fixed.  They had to send my watch a new esim.  They said that the esim gets corrupt sometimes and needs a new one. Hope this helps someone!
