So my wife had gotten me an Apple Watch 8 stainless steel for Christmas and I was trying to exchange it for the Ultra. Per the 30day return policy I wasn’t able to and treated poorly by most CSR’s. She had shopped and had gotten it early so she knew she had it. It missed the holiday return window by three days. It’s set in stone and that’s that. Less than thrilled with another poor experience from Verizon.
