My daughter’s Gizmo watch has been frozen for days. It shows half of the character in the spot light. We have shut it down several times but it always freezes here. The app says the battery is dead but it’s been in the charger and stays lit up when taken off the charger. Any ideas?
Her last one went black and never came back on.

Have you tried shutting off the Gizmo watch via the GizmoHub app on your phone (or whatever the Gizmo watch is paired to) and then seeing if the watch will then power back on normally?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
