Gap in Gizmo watch permissions

Gizmo currently has two options for regular phone contacts (not buddies) to be able to participate in texting and video calling: Guardians and Caregivers.  Both of these have the ability to track the watch 24/7, which is fine for guardians but we do not want all of the caregivers to have this ability.  Is there any way to either have the option to turn off location tracking (not just alerts but the location tracking itself) for the caregivers or have an additional permission that is a texting/video calling only ability?  I want my daughter to be able to text certain people, but without them being able to track her location 24/7.  I either have to deny them the ability to text her at all or let them have access to her location 100% of the time, which makes me uncomfortable.  Is there a quick software/app update that could be made to address this?

That's a great feature and I hope your suggestion is implemented. The best way to share your thoughts and ideas for future updates is to submit feedback through the app. Please go to your Dashboard > More > Feedback. You'll be able to submit feedback directly to the developers there.

Has there been any update to this issue? Searching across the internet I see a lot of parents share this concern, including myself. I just bought this watch and am planning to return it if there is no solution in sight. Thank you.
