Gizmo 3. Two watches and still won’t answer call from gardian

I have gone though 2 different Gizmo 3 watches. After the software update the watch will not answer a call from a gardian. When the green answer button is pressed, the watch shows missed call and the caller sees call failed on their phone. This seems to happen after the software upgrade.  Please help. We love this watch, but not if it doesn’t work properly. I’m within my 30 day return policy and i will ditch Verizon if this can’t be fixed. 

Anyone  else having this issue?
