I have two kids that now have gizmo 3 watches. We would like to have a family group chat. But whenever I try to set it up only 5-6 of the contacts on the list are there to choose from (out of 11) and the most recent gizmo watch added doesn’t show up at all to add in the group chat. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Let's get your group chat set up. Are the numbers added on both watches as numbers they can contact? Do the other lines have any issues texting the watches outside of a group chat?
