I purchased the Gizmo Watch for my child, which is a suitable device for kids. However, lately, it's been malfunctioning. I added some friends to the watch, but it didn't reflect on the watch itself, although it showed up on my phone and the friend's watch. Can you suggest a solution to this issue?

We know it's important for your child's Gizmo Watch to properly display any updates that you make to its contacts. Please tell us, are both the watch and the application on your phone up to date? Are you able to add any other contacts? Have we tried power cycling the watch since the new contact was added? ~Izzy
