The battery on my kids Gizmo 3 watch exploded with 5 weeks of purchasing. Despite a 6 month warranty on the battery, Verizon won't fix it because there is "physical" damage. They basically said its my kids fault the battery exploded. How does a 6 yr old explode a watch battery through normal wear and tear?! How can Verizon seriously not standby their product when it's only been 5 weeks, despite a 6 month warranty?
